Resolve or Regret


So many people have regrets. Feel sad, guilty or disappointed with the way things went and to do even guilt or not to do something that would lead to a different conclusion. Their lives are polluted by thoughts of the past and "what if".

Regrets can about the decisions whether they have made with regard to their career or partner. Others provide for any losses or missed opportunities. A third group will feel bad for the words that were said or did not say.

The past, of course, cannot be changed, but there are things you can do, problems and / or bad to be solved:

1. Check your perspective - Sometimes we cling things that others long forgotten or exaggerate their importance or impact.
